Look in the frozen section, where they keep the buffalo, pheasants, quail, and other specialty meats.

There are two forms available: small steaks and pre-seasoned, sliced meat. The second type is probably faster and easier to cook, but I'd suggest using the whole steaks if possible and season them to your liking.

You can see one of the steaks in a post from June.Benitohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15642446480589939085noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10338337.post-34723986838179954822009-02-23T12:13:00.000-08:002009-02-23T12:13:00.000-08:00Curious: where did you get ostrich in Memphis? The birds are, however, notoriously difficult and dangerous to raise, and I don't think you'll be seeing Ostrich Gorditas at Taco Bell any time soon.

Samantha,

I was really surprised, but happy with the results. And this was the cheapest GV I've seen so far.Benitohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15642446480589939085noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10338337.post-68514534626559522642009-02-23T07:59:00.000-08:002009-02-23T07:59:00.000-08:00Gruner with tacos?!
