I've had an assortment of the PF cognacs and can say, it's probably my favorite. If you're interested, here is my review (site is new, still adding reviews I've got cataloged).

http://cognacreview.com/pierre-ferrand-selection-des-anges/Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10338337.post-52871130598391725252007-03-09T08:55:00.000-08:002007-03-09T08:55:00.000-08:00I took part in a tasting of Pierre Ferrand cognacs...I took part in a tasting of Pierre Ferrand cognacs last week in New York. It was hosted at The 67 wine shop (beautiful store!!). I had the most extraordinary sipping experience. The young representative of the distillery (Jean francoise) explained us everything about the making and we could really feel the passion and the ethic those guys have. We tasted the Amber, the Reserve, Selection des angels and Abel. I used to drink Frapin VSOP or Delamain XO. I have switched to the Ferrand 30yr and bought a bottle yesterday at the store.

I recommend !Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10338337.post-71413517583743457432006-11-03T12:03:00.000-08:002006-11-03T12:03:00.000-08:00Hi there - great blog. I still have about an inch of the 1941 in a small bottle, hoading it it for I don't know what.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
